EVANSTON BROKERS: What would you like our readers to know about you?
Cathleen: I am from the North Shore, a 10 year resident of Lake Bluff/Lake Forest area and now live in SE Evanston and I love it! I have lived in Streeterville, Lakeview and Lincoln Park areas of Chicago. I am newly divorced and proud mom of an 8 year old girl. We love to cook together and swim at the McGaw YMCA in Evanston. I love to dine out at the many ethnic restaurants in Evanston, Chicago, and Skokie.

EVANSTON BROKERS: Could you please tell us about your professional qualifications/experience?
Cathleen: I'm a Realtor since 2004 with Quality Service Certification specializing in residential single family homes on the North Shore suburbs and condos in the city and North Shore suburbs. Having been in the Sales Industry for over 10 + years, I have the passion and experience and have executed many high end homes sales and have the business acumen to "get the deal done" My clients can always count on me to represent them in their home buying or selling process. I am skilled in negotiation and honesty with my clients. My passion for what I do drives me to do more for my clients. Prior to real estate sales I was in outside sales in the computer technology field. Along with sales skills I have computer skills. I graduated from Boston College with a bachelors degree in business management. I am a member of the Chicago Chapter of the BC Alumni and am actively involved in their service project activities.

EVANSTON BROKERS: What can you tell us about the company/firm you are affiliated with?

EVANSTON BROKERS: What real estate markets (townships, suburbs, and regions) you are currently targeting?
Cathleen: My current listings (and they are all on the North Shore) include: Deerfield at 720 Jonquil Terrace, Highland Park at 568 Chicago Ave and Lake Bluff at 14 E. Woodland Road. They can be viewed from Rubloff website to see the fabulous and exciting pictures.

Cathleen: I specialize in residential single family, condo and townhome sales on the North Shore, Chicago, and the central State of IL including Barrington and Shaumburg area.

Here is one of my current listings that I am really excited about: It is a desirable eclectic affordable ranch in downtown Deerfield. EVANSTON BROKERS: As a professional who is so actively involved in our local community, what would you like our readers to know about your community service activities?
Cathleen: I love to exercise at the McGaw YMCA and participate in their many family oriented activities. Walking to the lake and relaxing at the beach are my favorite outdoor activities. I have cooked and helped to serve at the homeless shelter in Evanston. I am a member of the adopt an animal program at the Lincoln Park Zoo. I proactively participate in various community and church events.

EVANSTON BROKERS: While you have the floor, what else you would like our readers to know about?
Cathleen : I specialize in single family homes up on the the North Shore -including Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Highland Park, Deerfield, Northbrook, Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette, Highwood, Evanston, and Skokie. I have shown homes in the Central part of the State of Illinois including Barrington, and sold in Schaumburg areas. Being from Massachusetts and having spent the summers on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard, the North Shore is now my home and area of expertise.

EVANSTON BROKERS: Often there are many non-profit service organizations that do not get the recognition that they so rightfully deserve. What community service organization(s) or project(s) from our local area that you would like the members of our online community to be aware of?
Cathleen: I love to exercise at the McGaw YMCA and participate in their many family oriented activities. The homeless shelter in Evanston is a wonderful community service organization. I also support the Adopt an Animal program at the Lincoln Park Zoo. I also volunteer at St. Nick's church in Evanston where my daughter attends Sunday School.
